Spoilers on The Blacklist: Who’s Keeping a BIG Secret About to Be Revealed?
As the season rolls to an end, fans of The Blacklist have been desperate for answers. Not only on this season but for the show overall. When the show returned last week with two brand new episodes, some of these points were brought up and discussed. Others were shown in a different light that could be construed as answers, but really just offered a different perspective of the story arc that we already know.
I can’t speak to the amount or subject manner of intel that will be revealed over these last handful of episodes, but thanks to the Spoiler Room column on EW, it looks like we know one of the players who’s holding onto a secret of their own.
Anything on Blacklist? — Aly
Red’s not the only one who’s got secrets that are about to come spilling out now that the Feds have been tipped off about the bodies. “I feel like I’m repeating myself, but in a show about secrets, Cooper definitely has a very big secret that we’re going to be unpacking before the end of the year,” EP Jon Bokenkamp says. “That will change the trajectory of the show in a way. He’s got an ace that he’s holding.”
What is this secret Cooper’s holding onto? Who will be the most impacted by this “card” he’s got up his sleeve? Could this be why no one is coming after Reddington because of the bodies Kaplan unearthed?
He may be cool, calm and collected most of the time, but I have no doubt that Cooper always knows more than he is letting on. While Cooper isn’t the only one holding onto a secret, I think what he knows will be pretty impactful, especially if Bokenkamp is saying what Cooper has can change the trajectory of the show. That’s a fairly big secret he’s got then.
Until we get more answers, check out the stand out scene below and relive the moment where Reddington learns who is after him. Season 4 of The Blacklist rolls on this Thursday with episode 4×19 “Dr. Bogdan Krilov”.
